This video is part 2 of a 12-part video series of trainings that top pediatric gender specialist Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy conducted with her colleagues in April 2024. I obtained them through a source and began publishing them last week. They are an important artifact documenting the perspectives and methods of one of the most influential—and controversial—members of this beleaguered medical field. The training sessions were meant to provide mental health professionals with guidance on caring for children and adolescents who identify as transgender or nonbinary according to the gender-affirmative method.
