This is part 3 of a 12-part series of training videos in the gender-affirming care method that top pediatric gender care doctor Johanna Olson-Kennedy conducted in April 2024 along with her two colleagues. Part 3 is run by Darlene Tando, a licensed clinical social worker, who runs the Tando Therapy Team, which specializes in gender-affirming care, in San Diego. She is also the author of The Conscious Parent’s Guide to Gender Identity. She has been working in private practice and with transgender patients for two decades.
