It appears that journalists like yourself, Jesse Singal, and Bernard Lane in Australia, who actually understand the tenets of evidence based medicine, are a tiny minority. Where I live in New Zealand, the Cass report might as well never have happened for all the attention it has received in the mainstream press.
Do they somehow think they are helping people who identify as trans by misrepresenting what is known about medical interventions and whether they help or harm?
Sort of right up there with opioids aren't addictive...! I mean, what could go wrong? It's not helping a medical patient to not give them accurate information about their options and what is likely to happen for each of them??

I attended the SEGM via zoom and I thought it was fascinating besides the Genspect crew being there. I really think SEGM needs to drop Genspect bc they aren’t exactly on the level and are as incurious about study results as the gender ideologue docs who refuse to follow scientific methods.
Genspect doesn’t even support transition for any adults (they keep that on the DL).

I was pretty nervous I'd be confronted and accosted after that conference session at AHCJ in NYC, but I wasn't.
